She noted that protesters would mobilize to press for their demands to be met. "We will turn out in even greater numbers and show that our demands are justified," she stressed.

Manon Moret, secretary general of the National Union of Students of France (UNEF), said the government had yet to provide a concrete response to young people’s demands.
