MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. Russian Emergencies Ministry delivered 18 tonnes of humanitarian cargo to a life support camp in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), the agency's press service told TASS on Wednesday.
"Russia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations convoy delivered almost 18 tonnes of humanitarian cargo, which included all the essentials: food, baby food, as well as other basic necessities," the press service said.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations added that warm modules were organized in the tent camp, there were bedding. People can charge their mobile devices and are provided with hot meals. "The delivery of humanitarian aid will be carried out by Russian rescuers on a permanent basis," the agency added.
Earlier, the mobile camp and the necessary equipment were delivered by the Don rescue center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the DPR village of Bezymyannoe. The mobile camp of 30 tents, designed for 450 people, works around the clock.
