TURKMENBASHI /Turkmenistan/, October 9. /TASS/. It is obviously risky for Russian citizens to visit Europe these days, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Vesti reporter Pavel Zarubin in an interview on Friday.
He was commenting on the latest recommendation to Russians in the wake of the detention in Montenegro of Mikhail Zvinchuk, administrator of the Rybar Telegram channel, and four of his associates as a threat to national security.
"Visiting European countries is currently dangerous for Russian citizens. I can say this with full confidence and responsibility," the Russian presidential spokesman said.
