Zaporozhye region reports damage to 46 agricultural companies due to Kiev forces shelling

According to the report, processing plants were also damaged as a result of Ukrainian aggression

MELITOPOL, December 9. /TASS/. Since the beginning of the special military operation. almost fifty agricultural enterprises were damaged in the Zaporozhye region in the result of shelling by the Ukrainian armed forces, Gennady Podshivalov, acting minister of agro-industrial sector and food policy of the region, told TASS.

"At the moment, 46 enterprises were damaged in the Zaporozhye region due to shelling by the Ukrainian armed forces. Damage was caused to buildings, warehouses and agricultural machinery. Most of the damaged farms are located in areas along the combat contact line," the minister said.

He added that processing plants were also damaged as a result of Ukrainian aggression.

"Damage was caused to production buildings and equipment of two economic entities from processing plants," Podshivalov said adding that both enterprises are located near the combat contact line.
