RABAT, April 4. /TASS/. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has asked the world to judge which of the two sides, Tehran or Washington, actually favors talks toward resolving the conflict raging in the Persian Gulf.
"Just as I was addressing the American people [in an open letter], the head of our Strategic Council on Foreign Policy was targeted in an assassination attempt, leading to the martyrdom of his innocent wife," the Iranian leader wrote in a post on X. In this context, he invited the world to judge "which side engages in dialogue and negotiation, and which in terrorism."
