MOSCOW, October 10. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin told US President Donald Trump during a phone call that Moscow would reconsider when to resume negotiations following Ukrainian attacks on the country during the parliamentary elections, Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov told reporters.

He said the Kiev regime had effectively undermined the possibility of immediately resuming the negotiation process. "And now, as the president said, we will consider when these negotiations can be resumed," Ushakov added.
