DONETSK, October 10. /TASS/. Under a special evacuation program for areas occupied by the Ukrainian armed forces, authorities of the Donetsk People’s Republic intend to assess each person’s circumstances individually in order to provide the necessary assistance and help them return to peaceful life, regional head Denis Pushilin said.
On October 7, the DPR Defense Headquarters called on residents of cities under Ukrainian control to evacuate to Donetsk, pledging to help them find housing. The program is intended for residents of the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration -- Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Dobropillya and Druzhkovka.
"Our task is to receive everyone and assess each person’s circumstances individually in order to provide the necessary assistance and help them return to peaceful life," Pushilin said. "At present, Telegram is the most accessible and straightforward means of communication with our compatriots living in occupied cities.".
