BRUSSELS, March 20. /TASS/. Military funding of 90 billion euros for Kiev for 2026 and 2027 remains blocked due to the position of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen told reporters following the EU summit.

"But we will deliver one way or the other," she pointed out.

She did not specify how or when this might happen.
