German chancellor holds phone call with Putin for first time in two years — agency

The phone call lasted about an hour

BERLIN, November 15. /TASS/. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has held a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin for the first time in nearly two years, the DPA news agency and the Sueddeutsche Zeitung newspaper report, citing sources.

According to the DPA, the phone call, which took place in the afternoon, lasted about an hour.

No further details are available at this point.
