BELGRADE, October 9. /TASS/. Montenegro’s National Security Agency and Police Directorate have declared Mikhail Zvinchuk, administrator of the Rybar Telegram channel, and four of his associates a threat to national security, and they will be expelled from the country.
"The Police Directorate and the National Security Agency promptly identified five Russian citizens whose right to stay in the country was revoked and who were issued expulsion orders on national and internal security grounds," the Montenegrin police press service said.
The agency stressed that the individuals in question were the head of the Rybar project and four other Russian nationals. "Based on the results of operational and analytical checks, it was established that the presence of these individuals in Montenegro was unacceptable," the police said.
Equipment seized from the Russian nationals, including a drone, a camera and mobile phones, has been sent for examination to "establish the purposes and objectives of its use on the territory of Montenegro.".
