"They [Kushner and Witkoff] are always welcome in Moscow. The president [of Russia Vladimir Putin] is always glad to meet with them," he said.

"We know that they are holding talks with the Ukrainians in the United States today. There allegedly are some comprehensive plans and ideas for a settlement. If these are indeed discussed in Miami, and if the American negotiators deem it necessary to share them in Moscow, then, of course, come on over," he added.
