Ukrainian forces launch over 40 drones at Russia’s Belgorod Region over day — governor

"In the Rakityansky district, in the village of Rakitnoye, a civilian was injured when a drone detonated in the parking lot of a commercial facility," Vyacheslav Gladkov said

BELGOROD, August 4. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces launched 42 drones and 33 munitions in attacks on nine districts of the Belgorod Region over the past 24 hours, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported.

"In the Rakityansky district, in the village of Rakitnoye, a civilian was injured when a drone detonated in the parking lot of a commercial facility. The man received necessary medical care and continues outpatient treatment," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the regional head, seven drones and two munitions were launched at the Shebekinsky district, damaging four private houses and two cars. The Valuysky district was attacked with seven drones, damaging a truck and an uninhabited house. The Graivoronsky district was attacked with fifteen munitions and six drones.

The village of Novoye in the Volokonovsky district was attacked by an FPV drone, damaging an outbuilding. The village of Gruzskoye in the Borisovsky district was attacked by a drone, resulting in no casualties or damage.

Seven drones were downed by air defenses over the Rovensky and Starooskolsky districts. There were no consequences.
