MOSCOW, December 25. /TASS/. The net inflow of investments in Russia’s Far East totaled 900 bln rubles ($9 bln) in 2024, with more than 170 enterprises having been set up, Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev said in an interview with the Rossiya-24 TV channel.
"Let’s start from the year’s results: net inflow of investments worth 900 bln rubles, 171 new enterprises set up, 19,000 jobs created," he said.
Foreign investments have not decreased, Trutnev noted, adding that preferential treatment in the Far East remain competitive.
