MOSCOW, November 22. /TASS/. Russia speaks for restoration of open economic cooperation globally, President Vladimir Putin said at the online summit of the Group of Twenty (G20).
"Russia supports restoring the spirit of open and mutually beneficial international economic cooperation, based on norms of the UN Charter and principles of participatory and mutually respectful joint collaborative work," the head of state noted.
"It is important to achieve the effective optimization of the global economic governance system," Putin said. "Specifically, to restart the WTO in full scope, including its arbitration function," he added.
