TEL AVIV, November 16. /TASS/. The Israeli military discovered a tunnel entrance and a car with weapons during searches in the al-Shifa hospital in Gaza, IDF Spokesman Daniel Hagari said.

"The IDF continue to deepen the hostilities in the Gaza Strip, clean up the already occupies territories, including tunnels, including ones under hospitals. The IDF have discovered a tunnel shaft under the al-Shifa hospital today, and the engineering forces are working at the location right now," he said during an evening briefing.

The spokesman added that a car with weapons was also discovered on the hospital premises, adding that the Hamas was preparing to use this vehicle during the October 7 attack on Israel.
