Explosions damage energy infrastructure in Ukrainian city of Odessa — authorities

MOSCOW, December 14. /TASS/. Overnight explosions damaged critical infrastructure in the Ukrainian city of Odessa, Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration, said.

"Energy, transport, and industrial facilities were damaged," he wrote on Telegram, providing no details.

Earlier, explosions were reported in the Odessa Region, where an air raid warning is currently in effect.
