MOSCOW, March 4. /TASS/. Ukraine continues to receive intelligence from the United States despite reports from Washington about a suspension of military assistance, the RBC-Ukraine news agency said, citing sources in military and political circles.
"As for the sharing and transfer of intelligence, Ukrainian agencies have not yet seen any changes; everything remains as before," the media outlet quoted one of the sources as saying.
On February 28, Vladimir Zelensky visited the White House for a meeting with US President Donald Trump. When taking questions from the media ahead of talks, Trump and Zelensky engaged in a heated exchange. Zelensky was interrupting Trump and was being rude to reporters. The US president pointed to Zelensky’s disrespectful attitude toward the United States, while Vice President JD Vance lashed out at him for forgetting to thank Washington for the support being provided to Kiev. In the end, Zelensky was asked to leave the White House. The signing of a US-Ukraine agreement on natural resources and a news conference that was set to follow the meeting were canceled. Still, Zelensky chose not to apologize for his words and actions, saying that he had not done "anything wrong."
On March 3, Reuters reported, citing a White House official, that Trump had handed down instructions to suspend all military assistance to Ukraine. Later, a Pentagon official confirmed the report to TASS.
