ROME, November 14. /TASS/. Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to the chief of staff of Vladimir Zelensky’s office, claimed that Kiev may offer US President-elect Donald Trump a partial replacement of US troops, as well as joint mineral development.
"We have improved our military training and can offer Trump to partially replace US military forces in a number of regions, primarily in Europe. We also have deposits of rare minerals such as lithium and titanium, which we can develop together," he told Italy's La Repubblica newspaper in an interview.
He also expressed Kiev's hopes that the newly elected US president would impose stricter economic sanctions on Russia, particularly in the oil industry, if not provide direct military support.
