MOSCOW, November 12. /TASS/. The foreign ministers of Russia and Thailand - Sergey Lavrov and Don Pramudwinai - have focused on bilateral cooperation, as well as on international and regional issues in the run-up to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit at their meeting on the sidelines of the East Asia Summit in Phnom Penh on Saturday, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement after their talks.
"They discussed priority areas of bilateral cooperation along with pressing international and regional issues, primarily in the context of the upcoming APEC summit in Bangkok," the statement said.
Thailand will host the APEC 2022 meetings on November 18-19. The Russian delegation will be headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov.
