KIEV, October 26. /TASS/. Ukraine’s authorities are considering the proposal of the Russian authorities to resume flights between the countries, Irina Kustovskaya, spokesperson of the Infrastructure Ministry told TASS on Monday.
"As soon as our delegation returned from Brussels from a meeting with the Russian side, the minister and the country's leadership were immediately informed about Russia’s stance. It is the country's leadership, which is to take a decision," she said. She added that she could not comment on how long it would take to make a decision.
On October 23, Ukraine’s State Aviation Service and Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency held technical consultations on air travel in Brussels. A source told TASS that no decisions were taken at that meeting.
