Russia-China trade up 22%, to over $135 billion

According to the Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, this dynamics brings the countries closer to their target of $300 billion

VLADIVOSTOK, September 3. /TASS/. The Russian-Chinese trade grew by 22%, exceeding $135 billion, in the first half of 2026, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov said.

"In the first six months, bilateral trade gained 22% and exceeded $135 billion," he told the meeting of the Russian-Chinese intergovernmental commission on investment cooperation held as part of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

In his words, this dynamics brings the countries closer to their target of $300 billion.
