DOHA, February 26. /TASS/. The invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed to foreign investors on the collaborative work on rare-earth metals implies the entire territory of the country, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference in conclusion of the visit to Qatar.

"When the president or another spokesperson of Russian leadership invites foreign investors to participate in projects in the territory of Russia, he certainly means the whole territory of the Russian Federation in full compliance with its constitution," Lavrov said.

The topic of rare-earth metals was not discussed at the meeting of Russian and US representatives in Riyadh, the minister stressed.
