Court in Moscow fines Pinterest $10,874 for failing to remove information

Pinterest is a social Internet service and photo hosting that allows users to add images online

MOSCOW, March 19. /TASS/. A Moscow court fined the photo hosting site Pinterest 1 million rubles ($10,874),a court representative told TASS.

"By the decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, Pinterest Europe Limited was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code, and sentenced to an administrative fine in the amount of 1 million rubles," the court representative said.

Pinterest is a social Internet service and photo hosting that allows users to add images online, place them in thematic collections and share them with other users.
