THE HAGUE, October 23. /TASS/. The new package of EU sanctions includes measures against 117 vessels of the so-called shadow fleet, Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel said on Wednesday.

"We are also ramping up sanctions on Russia’s shadow fleet, by targeting 117 new vessels. In total, 564 vessels are now listed under EU sanctions," the minister wrote on X.

He also said that the EU is already working on the next package of restrictions.
