BEIRUT, March 10. /TASS/. Hezbollah units have delivered a missile strike on an Israeli barrack in the Golan Heights from southern Lebanon.
According to a Hezbollah post on its Telegram channel, more than 30 projectiles were fired from multiple missile launchers. "Islamic resistance fighters conducted this operation to retaliate the enemy’s aggressive attacks on Lebanese settlements," it said, adding that several people were either killed or wounded in the missile attack.
Earlier, Shiite fighters shelled Israeli positions in the settlement of Meron some eight kilometers from the border. A Namer armored vehicle was hit by an anti-tank projectile near the Malkiya border post.
Apart from that, according to Hezbollah, its two kamikaze drones struck an artillery battery in the Arar area, incurring losses.
In response, Israeli artillery opened fire at Hezbollah facilities near the Rashaya al-Fuhhar and Deir-Mimas neighborhoods. No data on casualties or damage were available.
