Ukrainian forces drop poisoned water bottles on Russian positions — volunteer

The claims about elderly women allegedly "slipping poison and killing entire units" are fabricated, Valeria Petrusevich pointed out

MOSCOW, February 11. /TASS/. Ukrainian drones are dropping contaminated water bottles on Russian battle positions, military blogger and volunteer Valeria Petrusevich told TASS.

"The enemy’s drones drop ‘regular’ water bottles on military positions. A soldier might see a bottle, which is filled [with drinking water] and appears to have been left behind, and take a deadly sip. Some have already died because of that," the volunteer from the Dobro Mira - Volunteers of Crimea Foundation explained.

The claims about elderly women allegedly "slipping poison and killing entire units" are fabricated, Petrusevich pointed out, adding that she had never come across poisoned food or products like chocolate with explosives. "Of course, one must be cautious when handling humanitarian aid: safety is the utmost priority," the volunteer emphasized.

The Dobro Mira - Volunteers of Crimea Foundation has been assisting civilians and military personnel on the front lines since the start of the special military operation. Along with drones and other equipment, its volunteers have already transferred 95 vehicles to the combat zone.
