Moscow studies all constructive initiatives on Ukraine settlement — Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW, March 24. /TASS/. Moscow gives consideration to all constructive initiatives from third countries aimed at the assistance in the settlement in Ukraine, Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told a briefing on Thursday.

"We have never declined the assistance that countries have offered," Zakharova said. "We are now looking into all constructive proposals, responding to the useful and efficient initiatives, at least those that may lead to some result," the diplomat added.

"But on the other hand, a meeting for the sake of a meeting, or an initiative for the sake of initiatives - this is not an option. That is why, everything that is constructive, will be considered," Zakharova added.
