Russia’s vodka supplies to China increase by 3 times in Q1 — Agroexport

Russia ranks fourth in the list of the main exporters of vodka to China

MOSCOW, April 23. /TASS/. Vodka exports from Russia to China in the first quarter of 2025 increased in kind by three times and amounted to more than 318 tons, in monetary terms the supplies increased by 2.7 time to $751,000, the Agroexport federal center reported.

"According to the data of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, in the first 3 months of 2025, China purchased more than 318 tons of vodka from Russia for $751,000. Compared to the same period last year, imports from Russia increased 3 times in kind and 2.7 times in value," the report says.

Agroexport noted that Russia ranks fourth in the list of the main exporters of vodka to China. The top three in kind include Sweden, Italy and Belarus.

Earlier, Agroexport reported that, according to preliminary expert estimates, in the first two months of 2025, Russia exported more than 3,500 tons of vodka, which is twice as much than in the same period last year.
