MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. The global oil market is influenced by plenty of unpredictable factors, Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on the sidelines of the Russian Energy Week forum.
"We are in the condition of the effect of many factors, whose predictability is difficult to be determined," Novak said. "We take into account the situation we see on global markets, associated with the slowdown of economic growth rates," he said.
"However, the main uncertainty is related to unpredictable decisions, artificial decisions made by politicians to the benefit of their political ambitions," Novak added.
