Russia, Czech Republic plan to promote joint projects on third countries' markets

Russia’s Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov said it was important to "target joint products on new joint directions"

PRAGUE, March 6. /TASS/. Moscow and Prague are developing joint projects to enter markets of third countries, Russia’s Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov told reporters following the intergovernmental Russian-Czech commission on trade and economic cooperation on Wednesday.

"We continue looking for areas and projects connected with joint products' supplies to third countries. It is important for us to target joint products on new joint directions," he said.

Within the scope of the commission, the sides discussed on Wednesday ways to provide economic support to export-oriented enterprises with the head of a local export agency, Manturov added.

The Russian Export Center (REC) will hold consultations with the Czech export-import bank and export insurance agency for integrating opportunities of insurance against export risks of companies in the near future, he added.
