MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military’s air attack has killed a civilian and left five people injured in Russia’s borderline Belgorod Region, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

"Three balconies of an apartment building collapsed following the Ukrainian armed forces’ air attack on Belgorod. There was a married couple in one of the apartments. Unfortunately, the husband died of wounds before the arrival of an ambulance team. The wife was taken to the hospital <...>. According to medical sources, another four civilians have been injured," he wrote on Telegram.
