ANKARA, November 7. /TASS/. The Center for Combating Disinformation under the Turkish Presidency's Communications Directorate has denied claims that Ankara has agreed with Israel to receive one million Palestinian refugees from the embattled Gaza Strip in exchange for $2 billion.
"It was reported on some social media that [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu said there were agreements with [Turkish President Recep Tayyip] Erdogan that one million Palestinians would become Turkish citizens and live in Turkey in exchange for $2 billion. This claim is not true. Our president did not discuss this, and the Israeli prime minister did not make such a statement. The information is completely fabricated," the anti-disinformation center said on its account on X (formerly Twitter).
