First cruise liner sailed through Hormuz

The liner is now going to Muscat in Oman

MOSCOW, April 17. /TASS/. Celestyal Discovery cruise liner changed its route and passed through the Strait of Hormuz instead of calling the port of Khasab in Oman.

This is the first passenger ship that went through the strait since the conflict escalation in the Middle East, TASS reports on the basis of marine traffic data.

The liner is now going to Muscat in Oman. According to TASS estimates, six cruise liners were blocked in the Persian Gulf in March.
