Ukrainian authorities close electricity market trading data

The Market Operator is responsible for organization of trading in electric power and electricity supply

MOSCOW, December 31. /TASS/. The operator of the Ukrainian electricity market closed trading data, according to information on its website.

"Considering the wartime situation in the country, JSC Market Operator terminates publication of information about electricity trading in the ‘day ahead’ market and the intra-day market from today," the company said.

The Ukrainian Energy Exchange said at the same time that information would be closed because of the resolution of the energy minister for the state of martial law being in effect and until the last day of the month following the month of termination or cancellation of the state of martial law.

The Market Operator is responsible for organization of trading in electric power and electricity supply.
