MOSCOW, November 13. /TASS/. Deliberation of coal export quotas continues and the rise in tariffs will adversely affect the industry’s profitability, the Russian Energy Ministry told TASS.
"The export quotas issue is being discussed. The Ministry of Energy considers important to renew agreements on coal exports with six coal-mining regions and to enter into such agreement with the Novosibirsk Region. We would like to note that the rise in any tariffs adversely affect profitability during the period of low international coal prices," the ministry said.
