Urals discount against Brent up by $1.5-4 in one month to $24-27 per barrel, says research

It is reported that the price of Brent crude oil fell by 3.3% on the spot market last week to $85.5 per barrel

MOSCOW, November 30. /TASS/. The discount for Russia’s Urals export oil blend against Brent on the spot market was in the range of $24-27 per barrel from November 21 to 25, Petromarket Group said in its research on Wednesday.

"The discount in the price of the Russian Urals oil against Brent varied in the range of $24-27 a barrel during the week," the research said.

One month ago, the discount was in the range of $20-25.5 per barrel, according to Petromarket. This brings the average increase in the discount during the month to $1.5-4.

The price of Brent crude oil fell by 3.3% on the spot market last week to $85.5 per barrel. The cost of Urals was around $58.5-61.5 per barrel.
