BERLIN, March 30. /TASS/. Spectrum, the first German launch vehicle of Isar Aerospace startup, fell shortly after the launch, as streamed on the YouTube channel of the company.
"Isar Aerospace's Spectrum launch vehicle successfully lifted off from Andoya Spaceport in Norway. The launch vehicle was terminated after approximately 30 seconds in flight, and the vehicle fell directly into the sea. The launch pad seems to be intact," Isar Aerospace said on the X social network.
The launch was made from the Norwegian Andoya launch site. The rocket collapsed in several seconds after the start. The test flight goal was to gather data and experience, the company said. The launch vehicle's ascent to the orbit was considered almost impossible.
