MOSCOW, March 7. /TASS/. France may station its nuclear arsenal in other European countries, Russia’s Permanent Representative at International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov told Rossiya-24 TV channel.

The diplomat was asked whether France could bilaterally transfer part of its nuclear arsenal and place it in other countries.

"No, it definitely can't transfer it. This is prohibited by the Non-Proliferation Treaty. As for deploying — yes, it can," Ulyanov said.
