JAKARTA, February 24. /TASS/. Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu arrived in the Indonesian capital Jakarta, leading a delegation from a variety of agencies on a working visit, according to a TASS reporter.
The delegation was met at the airport by Russian Ambassador to Indonesia Sergey Tolchyonov and the director of the Americas and Europe Department at Indonesia’s Coordinating Ministry for Political and Security Affairs, Vitto Tahar.
The Russian Security Council said that on Monday Shoigu left for a working visit to Indonesia and Malaysia. The visit’s schedule includes talks with the country's top leadership on pressing issues of bilateral relations, including security, defense and the development of cooperation in other areas of mutual interest.
