MOSCOW, March 8. /TASS/. Russia suggests that Kiev should notify foreign embassies and international organizations located in Ukraine of the pause in hostilities and of humanitarian corridors, according to the statement signed on Tuesday by Mikhail Mizintsev, the chief of the Russian National Defense Management Center and the chief of the Russian interdepartmental center for humanitarian response in Ukraine.
"The Ukrainian side should be proposed to inform representatives of foreign embassies, relevant agencies of the UN, OSCE, ICRC and other international organizations located in Ukraine about the planned humanitarian operation by 03:00 (Moscow time) March 9, 2022, using all available information resources, including the Ukrainian mass media," the statement reads.
The statement should be immediately made available (in Russian and English) to foreign embassies, relevant agencies of the UN, the OSCE, the ICRC and other international organizations through all available information resources, including the media.
