BEIRUT, November 22. /TASS/. The militant wing of the Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah in the afternoon attacked positions of Israeli troops near settlements on the border with Lebanon, the group said on its Telegram channel.
"In response to the Israeli aggression against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, the Islamic Resistance struck the enemy's firing lines in the settlements of Zarit, Mitat and Yiftah with large-caliber Burkan rockets," the statement said. "Operations were also carried out against Israeli positions in Al-Raheb, Al-Bayyad and Ramim," the group added.
Shiite fighters claim direct hits caused casualties among Israeli servicemen.
