MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. Transnistria is ready for a dialogue with Moldova at any level, the unrecognized republic’s Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatyev said on Monday.

"Transnistria is ready for a dialogue at any level [with Moldova]. <...> Moldova, in actuality, is not ready for a full-fledged dialogue," the top diplomat told the Rossiya-24 television channel.

Moldova does everything to avoid an equal dialogue, he stressed. Tiraspol considers such actions by Chisinau as a manifestation of hybrid warfare, among other things, Ignatyev specified.
