ISTANBUL, July 23. /TASS/. Russia and Ukraine will make a decision about the fourth round of talks after they execute their latest agreements, a source told TASS.

"When the new agreements are executed, then a decision on a new meeting will be made," he said.

He previously said the main outcome of the latest round of talks in Turkey on Wednesday was a deal to exchange not only military servicemen, but also civilians.
