DPR’s acting head says offensive in Avdeyevka area is successful

As for the Maryinka area, Denis Pushilin said that there were no significant changes in the situation there

MOSCOW, October 14. /TASS/. The Russian army and Donbass militias near Avdeyevka are quite successfully developing their offensive, the DPR’s acting head, Denis Pushilin, said on the Rossiya-24 TV news channel on Wednesday.

"Near Avdeyevka, the 11th regiment is developing its operation to liberate Pervomaiskoye quite successfully, I believe. It is cooperating with the Somali battalion," he said.

As for the Maryinka area, Pushilin said that there were no significant changes in the situation there.

"In this area, an advance by every 50-100 meters is really important. New tasks have been set for the units pushing ahead in this direction. I believe that very soon we will see new heights and positions taken," Pushilin said.
