TASS, February 9. At least three civilians were killed in a US-led coalition airstrike in the Syrian region of Deir ez-Zor, SANA news agency said on Saturday.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, 300 civilians were killed in US-led coalition airstrikes conducted at the end of 2018 in the Deir ez-Zor areas bordering Iraq. Among them were over 130 children.
