MINSK, April 24. /TASS/. Alexander Lukashenko discussed oil and gas prices with the Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Belarusian President told reporters when speaking about the talks during his visit to Moscow on April 22.

"This time we discussed urgent issues with Vladimir Putin, such as prices for hydrocarbons - gas, oil, cooperation," he was quoted as saying by the BelTA agency on Saturday. The talks focused on expansion of economic cooperation between Moscow and Minsk, particularly amid western sanctions against both countries, Lukashenko noted.

"We delved into details. We should revitalize production through cooperation. This is the essence of integration," he said.

Russia and Belarus agreed on the terms of oil and gas deliveries to the republic. Particularly, the price of the Russian gas for Minsk will stand at $128.5 per 1,000 cubic meters in 2021.
