Ukrainian Aerospace Forces strike medical facility in Kherson, says Health Ministry

"It's just a miracle that no one was hurt," Vadim Ilmiyev said

KHERSON, October 28. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces struck an oncology dispensary in Kherson. There were no casualties, the official telegram channel of the regional Health Ministry reported, citing the head of the department, Vadim Ilmiyev.

"The Kiev regime has once again demonstrated its attitude to the residents of our liberated region. On the territory of the oncological dispensary there are neither servicemen nor equipment. This is a medical facility. It's just a miracle that no one was hurt," Ilmiyev said.

According to the ministry, the missile attack was carried out by the Ukrainian armed forces during the day. The regional Health Ministry also published a photo of an unexploded shell on the territory of an oncological dispensary.

Earlier, the emergency services reported that the Ukrainian armed forces fired six rockets from US-made HIMARS multiple rocket launchers at the Antonov Bridge in the Kherson Region on Friday. All of them were shot down by air defense systems.

The Ukrainian military shelled several locations in the Kherson Region. Schools and social infrastructure were destroyed and residential buildings were damaged. On the evening of October 20, the Ukrainian armed forces fired 12 missiles at a crossing in the Kherson Region, 11 were shot down by air defense systems, and one fell near the Antonov Bridge. Four people were killed and ten were wounded.
