DONETSK, April 23. /TASS/. One hundred civilians have been killed and more than 300 have been wounded in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops since the beginning of the year, DPR’s acting head Denis Pushilin said on Sunday.

"Since the beginning of this year alone, Ukrainian militants have killed 100 civilians. As many as 382 have been wounded," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
