WASHINGTON, November 3. /TA/uPFSS/. US President Donald Trump does not take part in the discussion of the possibility of confiscating frozen Russian assets by the European Union.

"I'm not doing that. What happens is, I guess, Europe and Russia have discussions," the president told reporters, commenting on the fate of Russian assets frozen in the West.

On October 23, participants in the EU summit failed to reach an agreement on the issue of using Russian assets.
