MINSK, April 11. /TASS/. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said that following the terrorist attack on a concert hall outside Moscow it is necessary to deal with forces that stand behind Ukraine.

"It is now necessary to get to the bottom of it. Ukrainians are Ukrainians. But behind the Ukrainians, as you correctly put it, there are certain forces. You know them too. They need to be spoken to," he told reporters in a video that was posted to the Telegram channel of All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company journalist Pavel Zarubin.

According to Lukashenko, any communication with Kiev is now unlikely.

"You are not talking to them and are unlikely to talk to them in the future. If you need someone to step in the conversation and help, we can help you in this regard," he said.
